I’MWOW is an online fitness and nutrition community. Just like many others, I’MWOW started its journey as a WhatsApp group that used to help people achieve their fitness goals. Today, it is one of India’s topmost engaging and informative fitness communities with members across nations.

I’MWOW was founded in October 2019 by Gunjan Taneja, a fitness influencer and enthusiast. In her words, she is on a mission to make people believe that fitness can be achieved by anyone. Let’s not get stuck between the extremes of body positivity and body shaming and focus on what is actually good for your body.

She has a family of 10 lakh people on YouTube and 3.5 lakh people on Instagram. Her videos on YouTube have garnered over 29 million views and are viewed in 160 countries. From her own experience and learnings, she decided to launch this simple and effective “Transformation Program”. She along with her team has created the fundamental training methodology and is sharing it with the masses through this platform. The philosophy followed by I’MWOW is to ensure that an individual gets transformed not just physically but also emotionally, mentally, and psychologically by following a well-structured and personalized plan. Our body is a mix of so many components and hence, transformation must come through every component of that mix.
