Return & Refund Policy
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural:

“You” or “Customer” means the individual or entity purchasing Goods from Us.

“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to IMWOW Pvt. Ltd.

“Website” or “Site” refers to imwow.co.in/shop.

“Goods” refers to the consumable products sold on Our Website.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
1. Return & Refund Conditions

As we deal in consumable products, opened or used items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

If the product is damaged or spilled at the time of delivery.

If the wrong product is delivered.

To claim a refund, You must share clear photographs of the damaged/spilled/wrong product along with Your order ID within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] or calling +91 8448-66730.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank NEFT/RTGS transfer only. No cash refund will be provided.
2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us and considered cancelled. In such cases, only the product cost will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order is shipped.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping, if offered, will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
